| 1. | You will not be spammed. We hate spamming, and we know that you do, too. When you sign up for our Veremail.com (Veretekk.com) mailing lists, you will receive commercial email messages only from those subscribers that you have selected. Mailings are limited to twice per week with the exception of a series of limited autoresponders at the onset of your verification in regards to the category you verified for. |
| 2. | You will be able to get off our lists at any time, no questions asked. Just because you joined a list a month ago doesn't mean you want to stay on it forever. Every Veremail.com and/or Veretekk.com system message we send out is coded with a special link that allows you to remove your name from all lists automatically by clicking on the block link. You can also utilize this blocking/remove feature by going to http://Veretekk.com/block Alternately, you may also request removal or blocking by forwarding any email or verification to us at postmaster@Veretekk.com |
| 3. | To serve you better, Veretekk.com may at times share your information with our affiliated companies and specially chosen marketing partners, who may send offers to you online and offline. We may also seek personally and non-personally identifiable information about you from our marketing partners, where you have given them your consent or where such information is otherwise publicly available or is modeled based on such voluntarily provided or publicly available information. Such information may include postal, demographic or transactional information. We do not give out your email address to be added to others' lists. |
| 4. | We will alert you if our policy ever changes. Should we change our policy, you will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from our lists before your information is disclosed under the new policy. |
| 5. | Corporate Changes. In the event of any sale, merger or other transfer or combination of all or part of Inetekk's business, the information we maintain about you, which may include your email address and personally identifiable information, may be transferred by us as part of such transaction. Please note that the Inetekk privacy policy applies only to the information we collect and not to that collected by sites with which we may do business. We encourage you to always read the privacy policies of the sites you visit. |
| 6. | Veremail allows owners of Opt-in lists outside of Inetekk's systems to re-verify their lists through us. This is done according to the rules found at MAPS. All list transfers require a verification request sent and it must be verified by the recipient before the transfer takes place. Receiving a verification request from Veremail or any Inetekk owned service, does not mean you are on any lists. It only means we are practicing the rules set by MAPS to produce a spam free environment with legitimate mailing lists. |
